
It starts at the top. Better management that tries to retain talent that cares about you and your career.
I think it goes back to culture. The culture is draining there, and it puts people in an unhappy and stressful environment to where they can't be their best
It can be improved by retaining top talent and putting them in a position to succeed so that they can train new employees and start a positive workplace cycle.
The culture there is horrible. Everyone moves from job to job because their is so many mismanaged areas. Their is no loyalty there and they hardly ever retain their talent.
