What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many who are hierarchically above you wont even return email or chat. Unless you can help them many wont extend a hand and act passive aggressively.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stip making surveys hierarchical. Managers can figure out who made what comment and some use those for retribution. More skip level meeting ngs should be forced. No one does them.
