Due to the load of work since many positions have been deleted or there are no hiring as needed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our manager is the one who keep the team alive Director Manager and upper manager seems not to care about the team but numbers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More employees are so much needed. When I started we were 8 bankers now we are 3. Same load of work, same payment. How hard is to work with no stress when there are a lot of customers waiting for hours
