What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 3 weeks paid vacation annually is huge for me! The compensation isn’t the best but they are always looking to help people grow in their roles as professionals and get promoted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all commit ourselves to our own morals and that of the company, do good and be good. Customer experience is the #1 priority, which takes away the weight of stress from producing sales. The company works as one, same positive energy throughout that keeps us happy and less stressed than most places
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works fluidly together, we’re there to do the same thing, help people and teach people about their finances and retirement. Teamwork makes the dream work, and that’s what we do, we get clients to the right people in the team and our partners, being a part of a team that works, is crucial.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team, is just that, they are leaders. They are not ever there to be a boss or an authority, they are there to coach and help fully in what developments someone may need. They grow and learn just as much as the rest of the team, and that is highly respectable.
