Long, stressful, and tiring. I leave there depressed every day.

Doing the best job I can. Interacting with the coworkers that have a positive attitude and treat everyone fairly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs improvement on people skills and a better set of guidelines need to be put in place to make rating systems more equal
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers I would rate at 10, other coworkers I would write a 1. Meetings need to be more structured and not just a bunch of chitchat.
