Drama. It's work not your entire life. Do your job and go home to your real life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are great from the first day you start. Time off is great and the health insurance is much better than other banks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fairness. Some departments are awful because management thinks they are superior to everyone. Other departments are great because managers are fair and realize we are all humans.
