
They inspire you to work together as a team.
They need to stop believing customer is always right, because they are NOT.
The team members are fine, I can deal with them but the customers are rude, disrespectful, and illiterate.
They need to communicate more, and follow rules. When they brake the rules it's okay but when I bend the rules it's not. that's unfair.
They mostly cared about clients and it was all about benefiting them. So, no matter what questions were thrown at me, I was able to handle it.
