
actually trying to help find solutions that work when an employee has an issue
they need to focus more on taking good care of the customer. and actually care about the employees needs
in the last ten years no one in the deparment I'm in or the related departments has received a salary increase to match the increase in the average cost of living
the building we've been moved to has so much background noise its hard to hear customers when we're on the phone. also management is more concerned with call time than fixing our customers problems
