What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Constant organization change. Can’t get the resources to automate or obtain tools to help out the operations groups. Always outsourcing our jobs to offshore teams b
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is 3O billion dollar company giving employees a 1% increase. That’s discgracefful. Higher increases and/or twice a year raises. Give employees a day at a theme park. Let employees work from home. Thy talk about work life balance buts its all talk. Let employees work from home.
