Dedicated to our customers and sense of ownership and support to one another.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not take forever for onboarding. Horrible communication from HR as well during process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better insurance. It's so expensive and the deductible very high. Also, better base salary or better sales payout. Neither are great at this time.
