My divisional leadership team is generally good - the most senior are great but there are some that I would say is average but nice to work with

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity is given regularly and vests frequently

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't realise that I was brought in at the lower end of the scale & whilst I get top end increases, it will take many years to bring me up to market rate for my role

I believe there's still room for improvement, especially for the folks in my department and for benefits in my country

In comparison to the wider market (ie not just tech) im paid well but believe that my contributions warrant a higher compensation than my current However I am also prepared to show that I'm deserving of a larger compensation package

the responsibilities of my role match a different seniority level. in addition, the pay rate at which I was hired was the lowest of the bracket and it doesn't match the expectations of the role.

Its very multi-cultural and working asynchronously is second nature. If you can't make a call, you watch the recording - I've been at other companies where it's expected you'll join live at 2am. I don't see micromanagement here like I've seen other places. I feel trusted to do my work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too many managers. Don't understand how anyone is a people manager with 2 or less reports. Tackle favouritism
