401K is decent, other benefits are ok
theres a lot of benefits to choose from
I the compensation packet I guess is fine
Im mot sure i havent heard about it
I like the 401k plan.
The dental and vision package are more generous than others
Flexiible work hours, remote work
My 401k is great for the future.
not sure dont have one
All the above is ok to ne
Again, the pay could be worse but should be higher in my opinion, especially for those with 10+ years of relevant experience.

good its great to have them
Health insurance while expensive has lots of options...
Great medical and retirement benefits
Review from Operations Dept
Health insurance and paid time off
Decent coverage. Competitive benefits package.
I am a CPP and love the bonus I get wish it would reflect more percentages of sales
Review from Sales Dept
NOt competitive with todays market
I am part time l have none.
I get paid well for a job i enjoy
Pay us 25.00 and hour and all managers should get at least $90.000 yearly
Benefits are poor compared to similar employers. Fast food pays considerably more with far less complex job duties.
Part time worker and work harder than half the people there and get hours cut
Compensation is based on zip code. We process returns for an Indianapolis facility that makes 25% more than we do, yet we do their work.
I'm retired and the employees I work with are very understand rpaid
I just wish management was more verbal about our duties and the outcome of the employees
its not a matter of undervalue, its a matter of why start people at the bare min pay when they have the knowledge, people should be paid for their knowledge, not the bare minimun,
I work too many hours for the pay I am given. We have not received decent annual increases in five years. Bonuses are non-existent, do to unrealistic sales and margin expectations
Compensation for Executive Assistants ought to be higher, especially when bringing 10+ years of experience and expertise to the table.
Review from Admin Dept
I feel as though with my experience, skill set and expertise my pay is on the lower end.
My automotive knowledge and ASD qualifications were not taking advantage of and I should have been paid more than a 18 year old with no experience
If i made atleast .50 more hourly. I am reasonable and would like to move up in this company and have a future here however, financially it doesn't seem like a possible goal
Pay is worse than most fast food chains. The only benefit, personally, is the interaction with people with car related needs and solving their problems. Pay increase would make employees that have actual automotive knowledge more incentive to appreciate the company.
I've been promised a full time status for about 6 months now. I'm still part time earning no pto/vacation and no bonus compensation. I'm also about 25% underpaid as compared to rivals
I get paid under what other people pay there employees for the same job but at advance we have to do more than our job and managers just walks around on there phone or eating all the time they don't do there job at all and they put us under part time so we dont get benefits but work us full time
No appreciation, men in same position recieve more training. New hires get paid the same or more...
Because eberyone just sits around whike i will stock all the items.
It depends. I worked at oreilly before and was compensated based on my sales which averaged $20k and month.
Being in such a down ,and bad mood environment needs pay a heck of a lot more.
Recognition...eye contact, to be paid fairly and not be trated like an idiot by managers that have no experience.
