
When manager is not workinh with me
Being out on deliveries not having to hear the talk at the store.
When they stick to the fact I am supposed to be a full time worker and don't cut my hours (paycheck) back
I'd use to enjoyed going to work now its very disappointed and getting ready to quit after 6 years of loyal service at the company im being pushed out of the store by disrespect
Visiting commercial a/c's & fullfilling their automotive needs. Also its nice when they know you by your name. Also learning new things about products & operations.
Being able to satisfy customers on a daily basis and making their day so much better

When I'm treated like the educated, intelligent, hardworking adult I've proven myself to be over the course of 3 yrs...permitted to take initiative & correct issues, implement small but helpful changes (changes to workflows, etc) instead of being constantly chastised & micromanaged like I'm 5yrs old

Out of touch corporate management has no idea of what customers want or need. Just look at the Advance Auto website and social media. Everything is out dated and trivial.
Again, compensation for support personnel ought to be higher, especially when you see what your Executive counterparts who greatly depend on you are making.

The store manager always has a attitude with anyone customer that wants product then us drivers hear about it. The manager didn't do anything about one of his drivers hitting a customer car all he said was oh it didn't record it so I'm not going to believe the customer
Whoever put the people at the top in charge needs to resign.
The only way to salvage this company is to complete a full turnover of management down to the CEO. The company is in the shape it's in due to allowing management at all levels to continue the slow hemorrhaging which will ultimately lead to either of the two clearly ahead competitors to absorb AAP

Certain individuals in my store do not complete things and try to put them on to others and we do not sell things to other stores because of that
We are not paid enough. No communication when things change. No one seems to know anything when training
The software system for one is old and outdated and it's hard to update people's information from time to time. Scheduling is absolutely awful. wage and the scheduling combined is really what turns people off from working there.

Pay me I worked already earned it now still not paid been four weeks
The internet is offering better pricing and availability. Most employees aren't educated or trained enough to provide proper service. Most employees don't even know how to look up a car properly and don't read any special details of model specific parts. Too much to even state in 300 words honestly.
Treat your employees better and you will see a difference
more focus on managers doing their jobs correctly. brake pad in front of the store!
The culture is awful. No tolerance for diversity of thought

Clean up the store, clear off the register counter so one can reach the computer key.
We only have a few employees that do everything, and hit our goals, but we still don't make any money. We make money for the company, but they don't give back. GREED.

Pay. And assistance in staffing. Flyers don't do it. And let us roll over vacation hours, since a majority of employees can't take them, due to lack of coverage.
