What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company is 100% supportive of everyone in its team, making sacrifices and demonstrating their commitment not only to the company but to all the staff. I thoroughly enjoy my time at AECOM and don't plan to leave any time soon.

I am lowest paid in my position despite having seniority. They need to increase pay, increase time off, pay for overtime, and treat people like humans
