What is the best part about your compensation package?
With the freedom to work as little or as much hours as you want, it's great to take time off and vacation every few months while still rolling in the dough on your busy ones. Wonderful flexibility.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Since you work in the travel industry you work with all like minded individuals who all love to travel, take care of others and turn up whenever we get to the local bar. Great times happen when you work with your friends and I love that our team is small enough that you will always know each other!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a vacation airline so our passengers are mostly very excited, happy and/or in need of some liquor. These families and friends all going on a wonderful adventure together bring you some sense of joy since you get to be apart of getting them to their final destination.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All the delays because no ground crew or flights canceled because no flight crew and they are doing the cancellation last minute even if they knew days before and that needs to change
