Better compensation for employees. We don’t make enough to live off of. Most of us have 2nd jobs to compensate our incomes. Getting healthcare through them is too expensiv

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The incentives are based on performance- and the Executives look for ways to make sure we earn them, instead of excuses not to pay them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no annual increases, took a large cut to move to another role after downsizing. Was just given an increase, first in several years.

We are truly a TEAM- "not my job" is not in our vocabulary. "We will find a solution" is our mindset.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity, Inclusion and Transparency... they find ways to engage with employees globally- we have virtual meetings to celebrate agents across the globe.
