The ask for our honest feedback, then try to incorporate changes that reflect the "voice of the employee AND the customer."

We are truly a TEAM- "not my job" is not in our vocabulary. "We will find a solution" is our mindset.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Diversity, Inclusion and Transparency... they find ways to engage with employees globally- we have virtual meetings to celebrate agents across the globe.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The incentives are based on performance- and the Executives look for ways to make sure we earn them, instead of excuses not to pay them.
