In training we meet so many people I get the basic understanding of my direct team and I am very confident in their ability to help me with adjusting to the new role. However I am not sure who my executive team is and I am having trouble communicating my needs beyond my team manager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits were not made clear during training, no correspondence about the time limit for signing up, so by the time I though I was able to sign up for them, I have to wait a whole year.
