I only gave a low rating on our site director because no one can tell me at this time who it is. With the changes to work at home I understand but I can't rate someone I have never met or don't know.

My interviewer was amazing and I wish she and I had more time to talk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the fact that the company looks out for it's employees and the MLBA program
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
well since my first paycheck has not been applied to my bank account yet and getting the situation addressed has been difficult I can't say that I am happy with how it is turning out at the moment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In training we meet so many people I get the basic understanding of my direct team and I am very confident in their ability to help me with adjusting to the new role. However I am not sure who my executive team is and I am having trouble communicating my needs beyond my team manager.
