Bonus compensations do not apply for most of the administrative staff and compensation for a great good done is not provided.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Great team. But favoritism needs to leave the department. And all should have the flexibility of scheduling and not only to certain people. We all have lives outside of work and next to be taken care of outside of work.

Being able to help my team and to know that I just solved a problem that was a rock in the shoes.

To meet recruitment goals later hours should be worked. I've asked. Told no. But it's ok for some people to show up when they feel like it. I believe someone with seniority should be allowed to change their schedule to better themselves and meet goals easier.

The Operations team has been in their roles for at least a decade and because they are stuck in their ways, nothing will change and many people won't work here because of them.
