The atmosphere and culture at this site is absolutely horrible and there have been more people to leave or quit compared to how many people still actually work here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The Operations team has been in their roles for at least a decade and because they are stuck in their ways, nothing will change and many people won't work here because of them.
