What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the catered lunches. While it would be easy to point to any other of the benefits, the catered lunches help create a great work environment where people talk at lunch about there day. Its also nice to not have to make a lunch everyday and have more time.

New hires and newly promoted, same with my post receives higher salary than me. I lead the training to all newbies so this is very unfair for me.

The most positive part about Alorica culture and environment is the family atmosphere. This stems from many different things including free lunch where employees sit at kitchen tables together, birthday parties, holiday parties, baby showers when a team member is expecting or company outings.
