Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't understand how one could be so loyal to the company and bring great qualities to Alorica, but never get a raise. This is literally the lowest paying call center and its hard to stay motivated.

I work with a great team, but like I've mentioned before, the pay makes it extremely hard to stay positive and productive.

For sure the people that we get to work with, everyone is always so happy to se everyone.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is this stress accumulating over the day by day work and the company is not doing any activities to help with this situation. I would suggest promoting internal extracurricular activities or suggest vacations after a considerable time of work promoting efforts done by agents.
