What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Nobody seems real. Everyone has to follow an SOP. You are constantly lying to the customers on the phone based on the SOP. I couldn't stand the amount of money being charged to the customers. The management is terrible. And tech issues weren't paid. Each supervisor is different to policies.

Nothing seemed understanding. My supervisor was always bragging how she never missed a day and we should follow in her footsteps. She acted as if we didn't have a life outside our job.

The lady who interviewed me was really friendly, but she convinced me into a terrible job.

It was easy to fill out the resume took a little small computer test and had your interviews same day

Nothing, I don't recommend this job to anyone. Unless you can learn to be disconnected and lie to people all day based on these SOP's you have to follow.
