What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Nobody seems real. Everyone has to follow an SOP. You are constantly lying to the customers on the phone based on the SOP. I couldn't stand the amount of money being charged to the customers. The management is terrible. And tech issues weren't paid. Each supervisor is different to policies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued, but I do think sometimes people on my same level or have been doing the same job as me for the same amount of time or less are making more just because they've been with the company a few years longer.

Nothing, I don't recommend this job to anyone. Unless you can learn to be disconnected and lie to people all day based on these SOP's you have to follow.
