Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are companies that does the same thing we do and are paid higher and have better benefits. Some holiday bonuses and incentives would be nice.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly meetings are very effective, that way you will know the status of every detail on our team. We also exercise being collaborative with each other to come up with better solutions/ideas.

No one, from agent to management, listens to what is going on, then get surprised when what they've been told would happen, does. Local Management will tell you one thing, then stab you in the back just to save a little face.

Working from home is great and I love working in my PJ's!

Long hours necessitate skipping many lunches because you are working too many projects and/or issues to take time to eat properly, then they discipline you for skipping lunches. Take a lunch, and they discipline you for letting an issue continue. They will tell you everything is ok, then dock you.

What makes you most happy at work?
Thankful and grateful that I have work, especially pandemic hits few years back but ALORICA was able to transition to the WAH setup and still able to keep my job.
