A company that prides itself in being diverse lacks in the position of leadership. As a Veteran I feel that there are lack of opportunities for promotions unless you are in the right associations. I only ask for opportunities of which I have yet to even have one in the 1+ year of service.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are companies that does the same thing we do and are paid higher and have better benefits. Some holiday bonuses and incentives would be nice.
