Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly, the salaries for the finance team have not been evaluated and adjusted according to the market. However, outstanding leadership and growth opportunities retain me.

I dont think our associates are compensated enough. Although I know leadership is currently looking into that. I feel like we work alot and are not compensated enough.

We spend so much time with out fellow co-workers, that we try to make it fun for all us. Whether its Donuts on Friday, or a simple conversation about how our weekend was, I always look forward to seeing them.
