I feel that the company doesnt value people that have been with the company over 10 years as they dont give them any incentive to stay but yet they give new hires gifts and PTO on hire where the older employees had to wait a year to get the pto

being able to do my job and not having to clean up after people that are not doing their job and getting paid for not working properly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
seeing what others are paid I dont feel I am fairly compensated for the work I do and the commitment to keep employees to adhere to the company policies. I am not fond of wage pools and that if there is one outstanding employee in a group then all other employees suffer due to the budget
