Good. Good Team. We need to constantly recruit and find skilled individuals as we are in a high skill environment. Otherwise i think its good just need to be careful that we dont have too many "corporate" things that "need" to be done that really just slow down availability to the customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
Work and making solutions happen for the customers in a timely manner & efficiently. That they know people are there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
High Energy. Smart and Focused on Growth. I think they do care about each of us and I believe they want what is best for the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Growth opportunities. Co Share incentives. In Sales I get a commission. Our PMs should get a similar incentive. PM is more difficult and requires back bone. Sales requires good customer skills and kindness/understanding each skill set should have a similar reward. It feels like PMs have higher turn
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more Responsible and more invested. Its very diffucult to find hard working individuals... i get that. But the Name Assa brings the highest talent we need to hone that when individuals are not growing and pulling their weight. OR Train them / mentor a bit better. Our Team specfically
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In California its extremely difficult to get ahead. Additionally, I am still in a Dual Role that is paid as a single role. Im still motivated to grow. But i wish that my managers could see more clearly that if i was more siloed in my tasks that i could create greater output and positive impacts to c
