So far my experience has been very good. Some days are hard but you will have that in any job. Overall I don't have any complaints.

I like doing my work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm still learning about our compensation package because I am still pretty new. I can say that our health insurance has been great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers that I speak to on a daily basis have been kind to me. They are helping me grow into my position. The work atmosphere is by far the best I have encountered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can't speak to who the executive team is, but I can say that I couldn't ask for a better manager. Shane is always making sure we get home to our families and is always willing to help us troubleshoot issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part we are left alone so we can do our jobs. Not having someone bothering you constantly so you can focus on what you are doing is a big plus. If I need help it's only a phone call away.
