There is constant construction and parking is always a problem if you come in late
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation isn't enough to meet economic standards that are of today. I also feel that in my position I see people of higher status doing less work than I am, yet I know make much more and does not seem fair.
