
I feel they want to do right.
Organizational structure is changing without a comprehensive understanding of the consequences.
They diligently work to satisfy the needs of the internal or external customers.
It seems that HR is starting new things to try and spark some company spirit.
Compensation if fine only when the burden/workload remains the same. The department needs people to increase our bandwidth and meet workload demand. A pay raise isn't going to help any, but I do need something to help with burn-out.
