I love my team, but it's hard to stay motivated. There is no opportunity for me to move up in my area, I rarely get increases in my wage when rent has increased exponentially here, and the guys have all seen a big increase in wages. I do understand that it is because of their positions.

That I'm treated as part of the team, even though I'm not management or a tech.

Getting a paycheck? After that, it's my team. They make up for what I do not get from upper management/corporate.

They treat me as an important member of our team. They treat my opinions and advice with respect. When I ask them for things, they treat that request just as anyone else's requests.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice if I had the opportunity to earn enough to pay rent in the area. I understand my position caps at a certain amount, but it would also be nice to have a position to move up to.
