What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment needs work. I am apart of a committee to help with that so that I feel has improved it some.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be accountability for those that are not held accountable and get away with the same things over and over. This kills the Morale.
What makes you most happy at work?
There are a couple of people that work hard like I do that make me happy. If we had more like that, it would help tremendously!!! I care a lot about my job so it would be nice to be around those that do as well.
