What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadership team has grown over my years with ASSA ABLOY, and I like what they are doing. More diversity and inclusion with other departments.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a lot done. The expectation is very high and in order to feel good you have to really stay on top of things. Every day has to be very productive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This has been a big work in progress over the last few years. I would say more diverse culture and a positive environment. Interacting more with one another, having events, upgrading the building etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because ASSA ABLOY likes to run lean and that inadvertently puts more work on employees. Bonuses are hard to come by, merit increases are minimal & pay increases only come with a title change. Our pay is lower compared to market rates. Better hourly pay rates would be fantastic!
