Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love the flexibility that Assa provides. We can be home with our sick children and not have to use our PTO. My new leadership is top notch! I would not want to be in any other department.

Nishma listens and does her best to support us everyday!! My lead Matthew is amazing as well!

As a KAC team we all work really well as team and communicate so well... I truly value my team!

I love my service invoicing team.. We really have one of the best teams. We all communicate. The atmosphere is great!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home. I strive at home.. in the quiet.. I am really worried about so many of us being in a small area when they install these new desk.

Nishma has been incredible since she has taken over. She is really trying her best to make things flow and to do what is best for us as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the people I work with. But it also upsets me that we can do this job for home, and do it well, but we are made to come in 3 days. I miss the 2 days a week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Billing is paid the least but yet we are pushed and pushed. We cannot take off the last 5 days of the month and that makes us miss opportunities. We have been knocking out our goals and there is no incentive. A quarterly bonus would be nice.

I feel as if I am under paid for the position and stress that we are put under at the end of the month. We are also not allowed to take any time off at months end due to us having to bill, bill, bill to hit our goals.
