I like that my opinion is considered and valued no matter if it ends up being the one they go with or not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are the people who lock in and get it done. For a small team, we handle a lot at once and have a high success rate with completed projects that meet quality standards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager does a great job at making me feel valued. However. I will say you have to advocate for yourself and your opportunities here as management will not seek it for you. "undervalued" is the term that comes up if they don't have a good line of communication with management
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a committee dedicated to focusing on our culture. Their efforts are not only recognized but appreciated as they all take time out of their days to do small to large events for us to come together to be one. A company of our size often can feel like we are separated
