TBH this company can be so great if they actually listen to us and not just a smile and pat on the back and tell us everything will be ok when its not someone to fight for us like Kasey Church does someone that is not scared of management to actually tell them whats going on so we can be great

THE CULTURE point blank period actually put people in positions that are experienced and not just a degree someone who cares for the little man at work people that actually want to see this company grow and not fail

the work that i do is not paid fairly im doing my bosses job and mine as a team lead im doing everyone else job we know this survey doesn't matter and its not going to make a change

everything from upper management to our co workers the culture is a set you up to fail and not succeed no where to grow also the management has no real skills just put in there position cause they have a degree and no experience again nothing will change cause it never does so we all know this is
