Overall, I enjoy working here. The work-life balance is very good, provided that the hybrid schedule is maintained. My department is incredibly under-staffed and needs restructuring which leads to frustration, and there does not seem to be a strong desire to correct this from an executive standpoint

Peace. When I have a clear objective and am given the space and time to execute.

Meshes well together, works well as a team (although most of what we do is an individual effort)

Everyone is very friendly and is willing to engage in conversation. People are happy to see each other.
