The work environment within the department is very relaxed and relationships are not capable of being separated at work and personally. My team feels as we are the "fix all" for things that should be fixed from the beginning. Not sure about staying long term.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The attitude of some coworkers who do not agree with or understand things tend to rub off on the group. The group could work on separating personal relationships and work relationships.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The department I am in, install, is the final stage of the installation process with invoicing. We tend to have to always go the extra mile for the company and fix others mistakes constantly. It feels as though we are held to a different standard than other departments/groups within the company.
