
Appearances are very important here.
For a full team of brand new CCRs who were given the bare minimum training before being thrown in to the fire they're doing well.
We have too many customers being handled by too few of us which causes the customers to feel neglected and the CCRs for KAC are spread too thin.
The higher up the chain the less and less likely they are to care about morale and conditions. But the bathroom is being renovated, and they've put in a locker room that isn't used yet.
Knowing that no matter how many hours I work each day I know that the next day will be just as busy and it will feel like I have gotten nothing accomplished because there are too many things I need to do and there is not enough time in the day to do them all. Then tomorrow they'll all be back.
