I get along wiyh everyone but they know absolutely nothing about cars or customer service
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees know nothing about cars or car parts and they constantly give custonwes wrong information that can do damage to their vehicles
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promised a managers position when i transfered to a new location and now 2 months later im still in the position i was before the transfer!!! Inwws told that all i had to donwas the managers computer training and i did that 3 weeks ago!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keep their promices ive been here almost a year and i have only missed 1 day of work and i know more about cars and car parts than anyone here including the store manager!!! And i even have managers asking me for help every 2 seconds and even had to help a manager run end of day more than once
