They are all east going and good to get along with and beyond that the store manager is very easy to work with and quite understanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
These type of jobs should also pay based on the knowledge that an employee has, they demand a lot from you and to be fair the compensation doesn't match the work you put forth. Also the details of your PTO once you are in management is very vague.
