It would be a better place to work if you were appreciated for what you do. I have been nominated by co-worker's for going the extra mile and it keeps getting denied. Really, I work my butt off to keep my customers happy and coming back. If the grey shirts would actually work like the red shirts.

Not be so lazy. Train them all the same.

Doing their job and not delegating it out to the red shirts. Teamwork right?
