Hours are all over, open to close isnt uncommon, and closing and coming in the next morning occurs every week. Not worth the low pay, poor benefits, or job experience. Strongly recomment never working there.

It was very laid back.

Everything? But mostly they need more pay, more staff, and stronger leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I guess that the employees take things in stride despite the turmoil.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to fully meet the expectations of our customers. A rare occurance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am being taken advantage of with no compensation, no discourse, or improvement of work conditions. I am afraid to file with HR for fear of retaliation when new job offers call for references.
