new blood in upper management, our way of doing business is outdated - WAY outdated. we're stagnant & impotent

if I were paid a living wage, if they'd sent my w-2 to my residence rather than have me track it down because my mgr can't be bothered
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
we frequently send out used and defective parts KNOWING that they are bad. we refuse to pay a living wage, we hire mgrs that have are mean & have no people skills - like to torment people for fun. the kind of person that pulls the wings off flies. that was my mgr, caused me to quit my job I loved
