We had a great work environment up until a few months ago when a new District manager took over and he has been a horrible leader. He treats people under him as dogs. I have never seen anything like it, his employee cant go to him with a problem or he will yell at them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They do have pretty good stock option

We work together to get the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with the team but the district manger just brings the mood down
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manger is great but his manager the district manager james beaver is not leadership material
