My current store manager is very hard to deal with, along with the other managers in the store. My shifts are never reliable, and my hours fluctuate far too much for me to say working here is a good idea.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more flexible to those who need it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling is the biggest issue that needs to be addressed. Stability is important for people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very friendly, and welcoming. Easily some of the most interesting characters I've met.
What makes you most happy at work?
When i can assist customers, showing them, and guiding them in the right direction. I love helping others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I'm just another worker in the system. I don't feel very needed most the time and my hours are either too long, or too short with none in between.
