I have been a psm for almost a month. Minimal training, alot of hostility between management and disgruntled employees. Witnessed an employee hold a knife to another employees neck and was not reprimanded for it. I spoke up and team moral at a low and asked when my training would finish. No answer
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity. A nice group of kids when when motivated
What makes you most happy at work?
Making customers feel happy and appreciated. Connection is important to me
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Providing a positive environment and creating incentives. I've witnessed alot of emotional abuse.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought the interview went well. However the store i started at has alot of internal conflict
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a disability and complex ptsd. Management gossip about it among my coworkers creating anxiety and inter turmoil.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They don't feel appreciated. They have slacked off with incentives because they don't feel their needs are being met
